ERNEST ACEVEDO, JR.
EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE
Born and raised in San Antonio, Ernest Acevedo, Jr. worked his way through college and earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law in December, 1975. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas on May 18, 1976. Wasting no time, he began his private practice and has been a mainstay in the San Antonio judicial system for over 40 years. In addition to founding his own practice, Ernest was one of the founding members of the Mexican American Bar Association. In September 2009, Ernest was appointed Judge of Bexar County Court Judge at Law No. 14 by the Bexar County Commissioner’s Court. He held the position until January 2011 and then returned to private practice. Ernest is a venerable attorney recognized throughout the community for his wisdom and experience.
